Two spherical valves are urgently needed to complete a Power plant in Chile.

To avoid permit restrictions and any possible delay, seaworthy packaging has been effect at port of loading and cases have been removed at port of discharge before on-carriage to the site.

To use the short transit time of a container vessel the total weight had to be reduced and therefore the counter weights as well as and some other parts have been dismantled and stuffed into a 20’ Container. Finally these two valves arrived within consignees time frame and everybody was satisfied.

By lorry in the north of Europe

A turbine wheel in one hydro-electric power plant at Ligga in Sweden had to be urgently replaced. Conceptum Logistics reacted immediately and tackled the issue.

The challenge - the turbine wheel had to be brought on the lorry backwards into the so-called “caverns” - with a difference in height of a good 7 meters, a risky undertaking.

With great concentration and extreme precision, we brought the sensitive equipment into the target. And much of Sweden was back on the network.

Time costs not just money - it also costs energy

Sought - complex logistics for the expansion of a Brazilian hydro-electric power plant; power of the expansion stage: 94 megawatts.

The customer thought ahead and promptly consulted Conceptum Logistics in planning discussions, in order to ensure the optimal handling of its transport from the location of production in Russia up to the construction site in Brazil.

We immediately developed a transport concept, using all common carriers. The customer was convinced and gave us the order!

For this order, our entire spectrum of services was employed:
- Delivery by heavy load transport to various
airports (Kazan and Ulyanovsk) and the
Port of St. Petersburg Seaport
- Short-term delivery of extremely time-
critical components for pre-assembly by
Boeing 747-200 and Antonov 124-100
- Loading of the better part of the facility on
the sea routes to Brazil.

In close arrangement with the customer, the individual components were delivered to the construction site according to a very tight schedule.

Wind power plants

33 metre high-tech. For the construction of a wind park, Conceptum Logistics securely shipped to Brazil both the initial prototypes of a blade (wind blade) and its blade form in lightning speed.

In addition to the extreme blade length, the perfect handling of the fragile "back form prototypes" also presented a special challenge. The wind park joined the network a bit later than planned.
